Composed in March, 1773, Mozart鈥檚听Missa Brevis in G Major,听KV 140, is filled with charming melodies and compelling harmonies infused with Austrian folk traditions.听Bach鈥檚听Nach dir, Herr, verlanget mich, BWV 150, is considered by some scholars as the composer鈥檚 first extant cantata and served as inspiration for the finale of Johannes Brahms鈥櫶齋ymphony No. 4.
