The College of Arts and Sciences offers undergraduate programs in the arts and humanities, natural and social sciences, and both undergraduate and graduate programs in the School of Education. Core Curriculum
No matter their major, students get to spend time in Rockhurst's College of Arts and Sciences to complete their core curriculum. Wisdom Core classes, introduced in 2023-2024, reflect the Jesuit ideal of having a well-rounded education and the development of inquisitive, lifelong learners. Classes include art, history, literature, behavioral and natural sciences, philosophy, and theology, with coursework focused on developing proficiencies in oral communication, written communication, and mathematics, as well as a global perspectives requirement.
